DWELLINGS IN CUBELLES
Project of 7 dwellings in Cubelles
The layout of the dwellings and their section are conditioned by the steep slope of the terrain. Each one is located at different levels, and access is organized through a platform that unfolds, forming ramps and planes from which access to the parking areas is gained. Four dwellings have their parking and entrance from the upper level, and the other three from the lower level. The dwellings have two floors that step back, creating terraces to adapt to the section of the plot.
